Valentine stamping has started in Loveland. Here’s how to get your valentines remailed.

Volunteer stampers took to their pink and red battle stations Tuesday morning as the first batches of valentines made their way through the Loveland Chamber of Commerce.

For nearly 80 years, the Sweetheart City has been leaning into its name via its decades-old valentine remailing program, which enlists volunteers to mark valentines that come through the city with a Loveland postmark and sweet annual message.

Stamping will take place during the next two weeks, with roughly 100,000 to 125,000 valentines estimated to come through the chamber’s stamping station from across the world, Loveland Chamber of Commerce President Mindy McCloughan said Tuesday.
