DENVER – JBS USA has reached a settlement agreement in a lawsuit accusing it of conspiring with other major U.S. meatpacking giants to fix the wages of plant employees. Greeley-based JBS USA Food Co. filed a notice to the U.S. District Court judge in Denver this week saying the company and plaintiffs agreed to settle the case.
