Police Activity Summary in Longmont on Saturday

Longmont police were kept busy on Saturday with various incidents ranging from parking violations to reports of harassment.

Here’s a summary of the police activity throughout the day:

At 1:47 a.m., officers conducted a parking violation investigation near the 2300 block of 17th Avenue. A man was contacted and issued a summons.

At 3:49 a.m., police received a report of a vehicle trespass in the 900 block of East Fifth Avenue. No suspect information was available at the time of the report.

By 5:20 a.m., officers encountered a man for trespassing in the 1200 block of South Hover Street. The man was arrested for obstructing and providing false information to conceal multiple outstanding warrants.

At 9:00 a.m., police responded to the Longmont Police Department regarding a person on the scene with warrants. A man was contacted and later arrested without incident.

Shortly after, at 9:31 a.m., an officer received a report from Longmont Emergency Communications about a woman reporting a vehicle break-in. Her purse, driver’s license, social security card, and earbuds were reported stolen.
