A man on the Laramie County Sheriff’s Office’s “Most Wanted” list is behind bars following a traffic stop in northwest Cheyenne. According to a booking sheet, 30-year-old Greeley, Colorado resident Gregory Thomas Svitavsky was arrested at 2:41 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 9, after a Wyoming trooper patrolling near Yellowstone Road and Dell Range Boulevard stopped the car Svitavsky was riding in for having no visible registration.
