After a warmer and drier weekend, Fort Collins will see hot temperatures linger with chances of precipitation throughout the week.
On Monday, the city along with other parts of Northern Colorado have a marginal to slight risk for severe weather.
“A few strong to severe storms are also possible across the urban corridor and plains, with mainly a large hail risk. Briefly heavy rainfall may lead to localized flash flooding, especially over the burn areas,” the National Weather Service’s website says .

That being said, here’s the rest of the forecast for Fort Collins:
- Monday : a high near 87 and a low around 60, “showers and thunderstorms likely, mainly between 3pm and 5pm”
- Tuesday : sunny with a high of 94 and low of 61, 10% chances of precipitation after noon
- Wednesday : high of 92 and low of 59, 50% chances of showers and thunderstorms
- Thursday : high of 86 and low of 58, 40% chances of showers and thunderstorms
- Friday : high of 88 and low of 58, a chance of precipitation after noon
