Two Rivers Marketplace has officially broken ground at Highway 34 Business (10th Street) and 83rd Avenue in Greeley. Phase one of the 29-acre commercial development will bring shopping, dining and entertainment to the growing region. Construction is underway for the first six finished commercial lots, including several already under contract, to be delivered in December 2024.
