This free course, instructed by Poudre Fire Authority and UCHealth, does not offer a certification (which is how we keep it free). It is an excellent way for people of all ages (people as young as 12 years old are welcome if accompanied by a parent/guardian) to increase their ability to provide lifesaving CPR within the first few minutes of cardiac arrest. The course also teaches skills to use in the event of mild and severe choking.
