If there’s one kind of restaurant in Colorado that most can agree on, it’s Mexican. There’s a family in Colorado that now has five locations for Coloradans to enjoy. Since 1986, Maria and Rene Cervantes, along with their kids and grandkids have been providing delicious, authentic Mexican meals. Their fifth location, which opened in August of 2024, continues that legacy.
