U.S. Air Force Col. Gregg S. Johnson couldn’t have asked for a better ending to his military career. Johnson’s journey of nearly three decades of military service started at Colorado State University as an Air Force ROTC cadet. In his 27 years in the military, he flew combat missions in support of operations in Afghanistan, Iraq and the former country of Yugoslavia, among other regions.
