Video: Man wanted for allegedly assaulting teen in Greeley

DENVER ( KDVR ) — The Greeley Police Department needs help identifying a man who allegedly assaulted a teen at a gas station.

On Thursday, the police department released surveillance footage from Aug. 24. The video appears to show two adult men assaulting a teen over what police called an argument.

The footage shared by Greeley Police shows two men standing near the cash register when the teen in the white shirt walks in. The teen heads to the register to purchase an item, and the men glance at the teen before walking to the back of the gas station.

The teen then purchases his item and leaves.

A few moments later, the teen returns and heads to the back of the store. One of the men notices the boy and watches him as he goes to the back of the store. While the video shared by police has no audio, it appears the two adult men then engage in a conversation with the teen.

What was said was unclear, but one of the men goes up to the teen’s face, and the teen appears to push the man back. That is when the second man appears to push the teen back to an aisle. The teen falls to the ground before getting up and leaving the store with a friend.
