WELD COUNTY, Colo. (KKTV) – The Weld County DA said an illegal immigrant was convicted of distributing 112 grams of meth and possessing an additional $50,000 worth of meth. In 2022, the DA said an undercover Weld County Drug Task Force officer purchased more than five ounces of meth from 45-year-old Olegario Aparicio-Hernandez. In Nov. 2022, a Greeley officer stopped him during a traffic stop for an outstanding warrant for meth distribution.
