In August, eight faculty and staff members from the College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences participated in the Northern Colorado H.O.P.E. Summit. The H.O.P.E. (Helping Our People Elevate Through Tough Times) Summit, hosted by the Alliance for Suicide Prevention of Larimer County, brought together 150 participants from 25 local agencies. The workshop-style event focuses on creating actionable and sustainable strategies for workplace mental health. Key topics include suicide prevention, addiction recovery and overdose prevention.
