It is that time of year when operating and strategic plans start to come together for the next year in anticipation of finalizing the coming year’s budget. That was the case at the Monday, Sept. 9 joint study session with the Larimer County Commissioners and the Estes Park Board of Trustees. At this meeting, Cindy Mackin, Chief Strategy Officer for Visit Estes Park, and Carly Bangs, Housing and Childcare Manager for the Town of Estes Park, presented their 2025 operating and 6E funding plans, respectively.
