Village Inn originated in Colorado, so it’s sad to find out that not only has one closed, but that one is being sued because of a toothpick. Not only was the man injured, but was injured fairly badly; after all, swallowing a toothpick is definitely going to cause problems. Now, the former owners of this Village Inn are facing litigation.
