LOVELAND, Colo. – A church in Loveland could transition into a homeless shelter, and the proposal has led to mixed reactions in town. The Loveland City Council will decide on Tuesday whether to move forward with a rezoning application that would repurpose the First Christian Church, located at 2000 N. Lincoln Ave., into a shelter for those experiencing homelessness.
