City of Loveland using boulders to close off swim beach, citing budget constraints

LOVELAND, Colo. – The city of Loveland is making decisions to balance its finances. Earlier this year, the city was projected to lose nearly $11 million after voters approved removing the grocery sales tax. Loveland Communication and Engagement Director Nicole Yost updated that number to now be closer to $10.5 million dollars.
