Drugs, Weapon Found During Search Of Home In Evans

Suspected fentanyl, meth and stolen guns were found by police executing a search warrant at a home in Evans. It happened at a residence in the 3200 block of 11th Avenue. The Greeley Tribune reports during the search, the Weld County Drug Task Force recovered more than a half pound of meth, 1,440 counterfeit M-30 pills suspected to contain fentanyl, 16.5 grams of psilocybin mushrooms and 12 firearms – including a gun stolen out of Greeley. Police arrested 45-year-old Jade Shane during the seizure and charged him with two counts of intent to distribute narcotics, plus a special offender charge.
