{KXLG – Watertown, SD} A 45-year-old Watertown, South Dakota man was arrested in Lyons, Colorado on Tuesday, March 11th, on multiple outstanding felony warrants from South Dakota. Travis Stadheim was apprehended in the 200 block of Main Street in Lyons by the United States Marshals Service and the Colorado Violent Offender Task Force.
According to a press release from the Boulder County Sheriff’s Office, Stadheim was wanted on numerous felony warrants originating from South Dakota. Court documents indicate these warrants are primarily for Failure to Appear/Report in court on felony charges. He also faces warrants related to Resisting Arrest and Obstructing Police from incidents in January and February of 2023 and 2024.
The felony charges underlying the Failure to Appear warrants include Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamines) and Habitual Offender status, stemming from cases dating back to early 2023 and March 2024.
