ARIZONA, USA — Three people from Colorado were killed in a multi-vehicle crash on Friday, March 14, in Arizona, according to the Arizona Department of Public Safety.
Police said troopers responded to the crash at about 1:34 p.m. on westbound Interstate 40 at milepost 294, near Holbrook. Five people were killed, and two others survived the crash with injuries. One person involved in the crash was unharmed, police said.
The following people were killed in the crash:
- Jeet Vikram, 34, of Ozone Park, New York
- Sarah Broyel-Case, 50, of Fort Collins, Colorado
- Adam Mychajliw, 17, of Scottsdale, Arizona
- Sophia Case, 17, of Fort Collins, Colorado
- Samuel Case, 51, of Fort Collins, Colorado (Case passed away in the hospital on Tuesday.)
