Berthoud Man Arrested for Firing Gun in Loveland Taco Bell Parking Lot

The Loveland Police Department arrested a 23-year-old man for discharging a firearm in the Taco Bell parking lot at 1330 N. Lincoln Avenue. The incident occurred in the early morning hours of Monday, March 24 around 1 a.m. Cesar Abdel Alvidrez was taken into custody at his home in Berthoud Monday afternoon.

According to the LPD press release, the dispute began in the drive-through and escalated before Abdel Alvidrez pointed his firearm at the victim. He fired a shot before leaving the scene in his vehicle. Nobody was reportedly injured during the incident. Alvidrez was booked into the Larimer County Jail at 5:39 p.m. Monday and bonded out at 5:28 p.m. the next day.
