BOULDER, Colo. — Yeva Smilianska testified Thursday that she wasn’t drunk at the time of the July 29, 2023 crash that killed 17-year-old cyclist Magnus White and that she has had difficulty processing the incident since it happened.
Smilianska claimed that as a bartender at 3’s Bar in Longmont, she was not allowed to drink on the job. She claimed on the night of July 28, 2023, she was working and left work sober around 3 a.m. on the morning of the crash.
