FORT COLLINS, Colo. ( KDVR ) — The sister of two men shot and killed by a minor on Saturday at Foothills Mall in Fort Collins described them as good men on Monday, who she can’t believe are gone.
Cassandra Grimaldo says she was in shock when she got the call on Saturday that her brothers, Ivan and Angel Arreguin, were shot, saying she has a lot of questions about why this happened.

“I just couldn’t believe it, I was in shock,” said Grimaldo. “It was something that I couldn’t understand.”
