DENVER — Several Front Range counties on Wednesday announced the latest round of property valuations – one of the numbers that helps determine how much homeowners pay in property taxes.
According to a news release from the Denver Department of Finance, residential property along the Front Range experienced relatively flat value changes this time, unlike the previous reassessment announced in 2023, when counties saw double-digit increases.
