A June trial is now set for a former investigative consultant accused of providing methamphetamine and fentanyl to an inmate during professional visits, after her trial was again delayed due to the prosecution not being able to adequately review records from her cellphone. The Greeley Tribune reports the June trial date will be the fourth scheduled for 53 year old Laura Tellers after a number of delays have extended the case — most stemming from a special master appointed to redact Tellers’ cellphone records providing the Weld District Attorney’s Office with an extraction containing privileged information.
