What’s Replacing Avery in Fort Collins?
Do you remember Avery in Fort Collins? The Old Town restaurant was open for a year and seemed like they were thriving. Unfortunately, after one year, they announced that they would be shutting down.
The building has been vacant since January. However, we have found out what business is going to replace Avery and we are very excited about it. I for one love the type of food that will be coming to College Avenue.

Maida Trattoria, an Italian restaurant, will open at 100 North College Avenue. They made the announcement on their website. Maida Trattoria did not share an official opening date, but they did say that they will be opening during the early summer months of 2025.
Experienced Local Owners Behind the New Italian Spot
The owners have been in the restaurant business in Fort Collins for over 20 years. The Callahan family owns and operates the extremely popular Mugs. Mugs is a coffee shop, restaurant, and bar located on S College and West Olive. I’ve been there quite a few times and always had a great experience.
Here is what we can expect from Maida Trattoria…
