CHEYENNE, Wyo. — A woman is facing felony theft charges after reportedly failing to return a rental car for over a month, leading to its discovery by authorities in Colorado.
Angela Leigh Marie Morrow turned herself in to the Laramie County Sheriff’s Office on May 28, following a warrant issued after Enterprise Rent-A-Car reported a 2024 Toyota Corolla as stolen.
