Transfort, the public transportation operator for the City of Fort Collins, announced the launch of an Optimization Plan to assess existing transit service and prioritize elements of the city’s Transit Master Plan to determine the best way to deliver transit service to the community within Transfort’s budget.
“We’re evaluating how our transit system operates today to identify ways to deliver better service with the resources we have,” Transfort Director Kaley Zeisel says. “This plan is about aligning community priorities with what’s financially sustainable.”
