DENVER (KDVR) — A worker had to be rescued from a collapse at a water treatment facility in Johnstown, according to a social media post from Front Range Fire Rescue.
Around 8:40 a.m., FRFR received an alert that a worker was trapped after a bundle of construction materials collapsed on them inside a concrete structure about 20 feet below the ground level floor.

The first crew to arrive was able to locate the person and see if they needed any medical assistance. The crew determined the person was medically stable, but a larger-scale extrication effort would be required.
