The Colorado Department of Transportation announced the start of a new speed enforcement program on Colo. 119, also known as the Diagonal Highway, between Longmont and Boulder.
Beginning July 21, the program will issue warnings to motorists along the active work zone on Colo. 119, according to a news release. Civil penalties will be issued later this year, according to the release.
