Infrastructure Improvements to Impede Traffic Through Loveland
Loveland’s “4th Street Revitalization” project began in spring of 2025 and is expected to be complete by the summer of 2026. There is a lot of work to be done to make the city’s vision a reality, including replacing old pipes under the street.
The ‘Heart Improvement Plan’ for Downtown Loveland will see 4th Street return to the parallel parking it once had, with wider sidewalks for more patios.
