Nightclubs in Colorado can be very successful, with all the young people the state has. One in Loveland had a great plan, things just didn’t work out.
When word got out that an EDM club with a rage room would be opening on 4th Street in Downtown Loveland, a lot of people were excited; something like seems to have been long needed. On the other hand, a lot of people said, “Good Luck.”
The owners/operators of Lyssa put a lot of time and money into renovating the building it took over on the west end of 4th Street, across from The Cactus Grille. For many years the building was a quiet clothing store, then it became a hip, dance club.
Lyssa (pronounced like “Melissa,”) did bring a “nightlife” to Downtown Loveland, which seems to “roll up the sidewalks” at 9 p.m. They had plenty of parties and events inside their fun-feeling venue:…
