State program eases career change for former CSU employee now teaching special education

Rosemary Borger had a good career working in various administrative positions at Colorado State University, including Morgan Library, the College of Business and the Cooperative Institute for Research in the Atmosphere.

She was happily married and raising a child with her husband, a middle and high school music teacher.
