Village Medical’s presence in Northern Colorado coming to an end as Banner switch nears

A handful of Fort Collins-area primary care clinics will officially make the switch over to Banner Health this summer.

Six area Village Medical clinics — including three in Fort Collins — will transition to Banner Health clinics on Aug. 1, Banner Health told patients in a July 22 email. A fourth Fort Collins clinic, 2001 S. Shields St., Building I, will be temporarily closed but remains part of the overall transition, according to Banner Health spokesperson Stuart Buchanan.
