According to The Coloradoan, CooperSmith’s Pub & Brewing is bringing back its beloved “Poolside” pool hall concept. The company, located at 5 Old Town Square in Fort Collins, had shuttered that portion of the business three years ago, but has decided to revive it.
CooperSmith’s re-signed a lease for its old digs in early July and hopes to have the space open in mid-October or November. It will undergo minor renovations and have entertainment like pool tables and shuffleboard, along with a simplified menu of pizza and beer.
The Poolside part was closed in 2022 by then-owner Dwight Hall, who wanted to focus on the main pub operation next door. What Now Denver covered when dual-concepts Bonchon and Brown Donkatsu signed a lease for the space last year, but that deal fell through.
