DENVER (KDVR) — A Weld County couple pleaded guilty Friday to conspiracy to distribute fentanyl and to distribution of fentanyl in a case linked to a girl’s death.
According to the plea agreements and the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Colorado, Destiny Salazar, 22, and Gabriel Orozco, 23, used email, Facebook and cellphones to sell fentanyl pills to an array of customers. The couple referred to the pills as “blues,” “30s,” “percs,” “perxs” and “yerks” on Facebook.
