More than a hundred people turned out to Greeley’s Lincoln Park Saturday to participate in the latest Rage Against the Regime, 50501 protest.
Carrying signs and loaded with water and snacks, participants listened to speeches and then took part in a 45-minute march around the town square and through downtown Greeley, in the congressional district of Gabe Evans (R-CO).
While there were a variety of grievances being articulated in public statements and private conversations, the overriding message was outrage at Evans, who has yet to make an appearance at an in-person town hall in his district despite holding office for six months.
“We haven’t had the opportunity to call out his dishonesty,” said Karissa Beresford, an Evan’s constituent dressed as Alice in Wonderland to highlight Evan’s failure to “spill the tea.”…
