These Colorado Cities Could Fine You for Letting Your Cat Outside

I have indoor cats. They are a bit older and have no problem staying inside. I also feel anxious about allowing them to go outside since I live in a more agricultural area of Northern Colorado. They would not be safe from coyotes or any other predator.
