Based on high levels of West Nile virus infected Culex mosquitoes trapped last week, the City of Fort Collins will spray for mosquitoes in central Fort Collins.
Spraying will occur by fogging trucks on Sunday, Aug. 17 weather permitting; it will begin at dusk and end by approximately 2 a.m. the following morning.
Spraying will take place in the area from:
- Mulberry Street to Harmony Road, between Shields Street and Lemay Avenue, and
- Extending east to Timberline Road between Mulberry Street and Prospect Road
