CHEYENNE, Wyo. — Four people are now facing felony charges on the suspicion of using a stolen business credit card to fraudulently purchase over $3,400 worth of power tools and gift cards from Home Depot stores in Wyoming and Colorado.
According to court documents, the investigation began in May 2025 after an employee at the Terry Bison Ranch discovered a business credit card had been stolen from a work truck. Laramie County Sheriff’s Office deputies believe Michael B. Westover and Rachael Ann Dimaio, plus Bridget Ann Copley and Joshua Buckles, made a series of charges totaling over $3,400 at various Home Depot locations between late March and mid-April.
Surveillance footage from Home Depot stores in Cheyenne and Fort Collins, Colorado, reportedly shows all four suspects coordinating their actions, entering stores and selecting merchandise together, per an affidavit in Westover’s case.
