Weld brings back landfill vouchers
Weld County Public Health and Environment WCDPHE is offering vouchers for its annual free disposal event to help residents get rid of household waste legally.
“The goal is to prevent these large items from being dumped on the side of our roads,” said WCDPHE Director Jason Chessher. “Items dumped on the roadside are not only hazardous to the traveling public, but Weld County residents end up paying for the clean-up. If these vouchers can be used to get more of these items to the appropriate place, then that is good for everyone.”
