A new scoop shop is officially open for business in Fort Collins.
High Point Creamery, an upscale ice cream parlor based in Denver, celebrated its grand opening Aug. 22 at 1208 W. Elizabeth St., Unit 120W, taking over the space formerly occupied by Whole Sol Blend Bar.
The locally owned business is run by husband-and-wife team Chad Stutz and Erika Thomas, who opened their shop in 2014.
