Estes Park Housing Authority has executed a purchase agreement to acquire Tiny Town Cabins, according to a release by Executive Director Scott Moulton. The acquisition of 830 Moraine Avenue is expected to close Fall 2026.
Moulton said, “The EPHA Board of Directors and staff are excited to begin formal due diligence on the site, which they believe offers significant opportunity to expand the available housing stock in the Estes Valley.”
This most recent investment into beefing up housing stock comes on the heels of a $35 million purchase of Fall River Village, from Hotelier John Cullen. That acquisition will provide “235 new workforce housing possibilities,” said Cullen.
