Downtown Loveland Realty Sign That Dates Back to 1968 Gets Makeover
A building at the corner of 5th Street and Cleveland Avenue once held a gas station; in 1968, according to the Reporter-Herald, it became Sennett’s Realty. It’s hard to accurately say whether the gas station or Sennett’s Realty put up the sign that’s on the corner, but It did say Sennett’s Realty until Josh & John’s Ice Cream bought the spot.
