DENVER (KDVR) — No crash is ever good, but if you were to crash, there might not be a better place to do it than an auto parts store.
One driver in Fort Collins was unlucky enough to have that exact scenario happen to him, according to a post on X from Poudre Fire Authority.

Poudre Fire responded to a report that a truck had crashed into an O’Reilly Auto Parts at 725 Lemay Ave. in Fort Collins on Monday afternoon.
The driver wasn’t even behind the wheel when the truck crashed, Poudre Fire reported. He was installing a new car battery in front of the store, and started the truck from outside the door. As he started the truck, it sprang to life and jumped forward through the window of the store.
A crew determined that the building was structurally safe after the crash and that nobody was injured. The driver scraped his leg during the incident but said he was okay. No other injuries occurred…
