DENVER (KDVR) — The Greeley Police Department said officers were met with resistance while attempting to execute a search warrant on Thursday morning, leading to the arrest of four people.
The agency said that it was at a residence in the 1300 block of 11th Avenue at about 10 a.m. on Thursday to serve a search warrant related to “allegations of rampant criminal activity.”

The agency said that officers tried to get the people inside the residence to voluntarily comply with their orders, but the efforts failed. Instead, individuals inside the residence and in an adjacent detached garage refused to exit the structures, which the police department said was a safety risk to officers, residents and bystanders.
