The gathering of artists to create murals along the sidewalks of 5th Street in Downtown Loveland, “Pastels on 5th” began in 2011. 2025 marked the 15th event that has grown bigger and bigger each year, raising around $50,000 each summer to benefit Alternatives to Violence.
