Daniels To Stay On Loveland Ballot; Hearing Officer Will Consider Complaints

Loveland mayoral candidate Troy Daniels will remain on the 2025 ballot, but a formal complaint over his campaign paperwork isn’t going away. The Loveland Reporter Herald reports in a seven-page determination letter issued Wednesday, Clerk Ashley Macdonald said the complaint filed on Sept. 3 can’t be dismissed outright, but the charter violation it alleges has already been cured under Loveland Municipal Code standards, making the final determination of its validity up to an independent hearing officer.
