Yes, you read that right. In-N-Out will be coming to Timnath. In-N-Out has been considering coming to Timnath for over two years. According to the Coloradoan, In-N-Out purchased land in Timnath for $2.4 million.

The land is in Timnath’s Ladera development. The newest Northern Colorado In-N-Out will be visible from I-25 and will be located by the Costco and new Dutch Bros Coffee that fits 36 vehicles in its drive-thru lane.
Details on the New In-N-Out Building
The new In-N-Out will be located precisely at 4911 Cima Vista Drive. North Forty says it will be 3,887 square feet on 1.63 acres of land.
What the New Location Means for Residents
I am looking forward to the new location. My new perfect Saturday will be spent we Dutch Bros, shopping at Costco, then lunch at the new In-N-Out. I love it, but my wallet will not.
