FORT COLLINS, Colo. — Fort Collins Police are trying to identify a woman who can’t identify herself.
Police said at 2:45 p.m. that she was found walking alone in the area of the 2500 block of Sawhill Road in southeast Fort Collins.
She is believed to be between 75 and 85 years old and was also not able to identify her caregiver…
