LOVELAND, Colo. — Walk-in business at B Sweet Cupcakes is down 40% compared to previous summers, according to Dana Brungaradt, owner of the shop, which has been open on Fourth Street in historic downtown Loveland since 2011.
“Normally the summer is a huge busy time, we see tourists and things like that,” Brungardt said. “But our walk-in business is down about 40 percent because of construction.”
